The minimum system requirements to run the courses are:

• A clear connection to the internet with a minimum of 56K bandwidth, through firewalls if they exist.
• Microsoft Windows based version of Internet Explorer, Version 4.0 or later with Java enabled (default setting).
• Internet e-mail is required to take advantage of the on-line “Help & Questions” feature of the courses.
• For optimal performance, viewing the courses with at least 1024 x 768 screen resolution or higher is recommended.

STEP 2

Call FedReady LLC at (480) 221-9493 between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday. Or, you can e-mail your request anytime to info@fedready.com.

STEP 3
A FedReady LLC representative will ask you for your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, and the course(s) you have selected in Step 1. An e-mail will be provided to you with a link to the appropriate Internet site and access code to begin a course. This e-mail will also serve as the invoice for payment.

STEP 4
You may begin your selected course(s) when you receive your login screen link and Access Code. If at any time during a course you wish to take a break, you may resume the course at a later date using the login screen link and Access Code sent to you via e-mail.
